Sales Manager - Consumer Packaged Goods
Sales Manager for our client in Fort Lauderdale area. This role is hybrid. The role is in person for two months, then reduces to 3 days in the office after training is completed.
Requirements
Support sales team
Develop and manage a portfolio of small to large sized key retailers
Achieve monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new retailers
Identify new sales opportunities and follow up on prospective leads
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction as well as up-sell and cross-sell potential within existing retailers to maximize share of wallet
Develop and maintain solid and trusting relationships between assigned retailers in the drug and grocery channels
Coordinate pre-sales and post-sales follow up by meeting all assigned retailer needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines
Develop strategic business proposals, monitor/analyze the competitive landscape and trends, and stay up to date with industry and retail developments
Responsibilities
Degree in marketing, business administration, sales or relevant field
3-5 years of outside sales representative / sales account representative experience preferred
Minimum 1-5 years of CPG experience preferred
